Welcome to The Patient Safety Collaborative.

The Patient Safety Collaborative is an independent, not-for-profit organisation for the promotion of a greater awareness and understanding of Patient Safety, in the Primary Care setting.

Through developing partnerships and fostering the cross fertilisation of ideas, experience and expertise between healthcare professionals, clinical governance and risk managers, healthcare managers and medico-legal and ethics experts, the Collaborative will assemble the most relevant, practical knowledge and expertise to deliver solutions and best practice in Patient Safety in primary care.

The Collaborative invites participation from all who are involved in the delivery of healthcare, encompassing all disciplines and organizations involved in activities that can affect or improve the safety of patients.
